À la carte
Step one, always
Before any treatment, your nurse practitioner examines your skin, asks about your history, and maps what's actually going on. Only then do we recommend anything — and sometimes the honest answer is "less than you came in for."
The real thing
The products and devices we use are the ones that require a licensed provider to administer — professional formulations and equipment held to a medical standard, not drugstore versions in nicer packaging.
Good questions
Most people describe a quick pinch. We use fine needles, numbing where it helps, and a calm, unhurried pace. Botox takes only a few minutes; filler a bit longer.
Facials give an immediate glow. Botox settles over 7–14 days. Filler is visible right away and refines over two weeks. Skin-clarity plans build over several weeks — we'll set expectations up front.
Most treatments have little to none. Injectables may cause minor bruising; peels and microneedling can mean a few days of flaking or pinkness. We'll tell you exactly what to expect before you commit.
You don't have to. That's the point of the consultation — we assess your skin and recommend the shortest path to your goal, not the longest invoice.
Yes. Lumen is NP-led — every treatment plan is reviewed by a licensed nurse practitioner, and all injectables are performed under medical oversight.
Often, yes — a facial with LED, or massage on a treatment day, pair beautifully. Some combinations need spacing for safety, which your provider will map out for you.
